All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
🚛 Delivery Time
We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Typical delivery times are:

Within major cities: 2–4 working days

Remote or rural areas: 4–6 working days
(Delays may occur during peak seasons, bad weather, or courier disruptions — but we’ll always keep you informed.)

Free delivery may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain amount (we’ll clearly mention this on our website).
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can easily track your parcel.
If you don’t receive tracking info within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us and we’ll assist right away.
❌ Delays & Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or goes missing during transit, don’t worry — we’ll take care of it.
Please inform our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

At the moment, EOrganics ships only within Pakistan.
