We accept returns if:

You received a wrong or damaged product.

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products due to hygiene and product safety reasons.

Share your order number and a brief explanation (and photo, if possible) of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

💳 Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method (bank, Easypaisa, or card).

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

🚚 Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for a return as per our policy above.

EOrganics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
